Location: Remote
Salary: $50,000–$65,000 base + bonuses

What You’ll Do

As our Benefits Coordinator, you’ll make sure our team understands and gets the most out of their benefits. You’ll be the go-to resource for questions, helping new hires get set up and making sure our programs actually work for people’s lives.

  • Administer health, dental, vision, retirement, and wellness benefits.

  • Guide new hires through benefit enrollment and answer questions along the way.

  • Be the point of contact for employees with benefit-related questions or issues.

  • Work with providers to resolve claims or eligibility problems.

  • Keep records accurate and up to date in HR systems.

  • Support open enrollment and communicate changes clearly to the team.

  • Look for ways to improve our benefits and employee experience.

  • Stay current on benefits compliance requirements.

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–3 years of experience in HR, benefits administration, or employee support.

  • Strong communication skills and a people-first mindset.

  • Detail-oriented with the ability to keep records clean and accurate.

  • Comfortable working with benefits systems and vendors.

  • Someone who owns the outcome and makes sure employees feel supported.

  • Curiosity about new benefit trends and ideas to improve the employee experience.
